It all took off back in 2017, when we emerged as a player in the SoCal 215 cannabis scene, and over the past six years, we’ve grown into a licensed cannabis processor, manufacturer, and distributor, with our products reaching retailers in all corners of California. Throughout our journey, we have maintained a dedicated focus on bringing people closer to the essence of live cannabis flower by preserving the freshest cultivars at their peak and passing that beauty on to our consumers. Live Cured Flower has unmatched flavor, smoothness, and beauty, but let me tell you where that came from before I get ahead of myself.
Will and I were introduced by my friend from pre-school, Brittany, who recognized us both as being productive stoners. I met him by dropping off bagels and edibles to them at Coachella one year for Brittany’s birthday. We hit it off because I enjoy consuming mass quantities of cannabis and therefore rolled through with quite the supply, and Will had his own stash of fire cannabis that he grew. We twisted up and matched some jays and the rest was a foggy history. Will’s expertise was in cultivating, business, and engineering when we met. I had a background in cannabis extractions, machining, welding, and just being a general MacGyver. Our collaboration began with the idea of building a cannabis collective / delivery service. That soon began to incorporate our daily attendance at prominent Los Angeles seshes like Terp Market, Friday Night Sesh, Taco Sesh, and Secret Sesh. After hours we would tinker in our lab and experiment with different ways of delivering an unparalleled experience to the cannabis community by preserving the essence of the live plant.
Curated Cannabis still remains an independent, employee-owned company, which grants us complete autonomy to innovate. How else would we be able to invent the products we share, and the ones still in the works? We’re basically Willy Wonka for weed.
